Chad Yoon is the founder of the company, bringing a comprehensive set of qualifications that include a Realtor/Broker license, NMLO license, and Property & Casualty as well as Life Insurance licenses. He oversees the entire operation to ensure a seamless, one-stop service experience for clients. Chad is deeply involved in developing and adapting new procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Beyond operations, Chad is committed to building long-term relationships with his clients. Keunha Hwang
Keunha serves as the Executive Assistant, working closely with Chad to support and execute the company’s overall vision and day-to-day operations. She plays a key role in ensuring that internal processes run smoothly, assisting in the coordination and implementation of procedures that enhance the company’s one-stop service model.
In addition to her executive support responsibilities, Keunha holds a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance license and leads the insurance division. She oversees all insurance-related operations, ensuring clients receive reliable, efficient, and well-structured coverage solutions tailored to their needs.
Keunha is dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships by providing attentive support and clear communication throughout every stage of the process. Her work helps reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering a seamless, client-focused experience while supporting long-term financial security and growth.
Yumi Hong
Yumi serves as the Office Manager, playing a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of the company’s daily operations. She ensures that internal workflows are well-coordinated and that the team operates smoothly to support the company’s one-stop service approach.
Holding an NMLO license, Yumi oversees the mortgage division, managing the loan process from start to finish and ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless experience for clients. She works closely with both clients and team members to facilitate timely and effective mortgage solutions.
In addition, Yumi holds a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance license, allowing her to support insurance-related services when needed and contribute to a well-rounded client offering.
